Meet Eileen Quinlan, one of the most grammatically correct of our Brand Architects. She may be new to the team, but she is already impressing clients with her ability to manage their accounts, as well as evaluate and write great plans and copy along the way. This comes from 20-plus years of taking charge from a desk quite different than the one she sits at now.
From Classroom to Conference Room
Some may think experiences like being an educator in charter and parochial schools or an administrator at a school district level cannot prepare you for the agency world. But they don’t know Eileen. Not only did decades of training students to multitask help her to organize a client’s schedule for the next six months, but leading schools and corporations to accreditation gives her the ability to lead small business owners from weekly meetings to groundbreaking successes. Did we also mention that her former job focused on the continuous improvement model? At Spiro & Associates, we are always looking to improve, and we are more than happy to have Eileen show us the way.
From Student to Teacher
It seems that Eileen has been continuously improving and building her leadership skills since her teens. She started with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Radio and Television at the University of Central Florida before advancing to a Master of Arts degree in Education Administration at the University of Notre Dame. As if that was not enough, she also earned a Master of Science degree in English Education from Nova Southeastern University (are you seeing where the grammatically correct qualification comes in?). To top it off, she holds Florida educator certification in Educational Leadership and Secondary English.
From Work to Home
Eileen is setting the tone for the type of ambition we brand architects strive for even at home. A yoga, running and cycling enthusiast, she spends the remainder of her leisure time reading, writing and blogging. When she is back in the office, though, feel free to send her an email a Equinlan@werenotnormalatspiro.com. She will be sure to read it line by line!
