D.R. Horton purchased the 317-acre, 721-lot fully permitted and platted single-family subdivision that is one of the largest fully permitted properties in Southwest Florida west of I-75. Chris Spiro is one of CoCo of Cape Coral’s trusted advisors helping himto navigate the local nuances of politics and bureaucracy.

Also important to Team Spiro is supporting the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association itself. Chris is a second-term, two-year board of directors member, and the Agency has been available to the nonprofit group for pro-bono services such as creating and disseminating press releases.
