Our relationship with BCB Homes began informally and unofficially. As the Agency for their Hill Tide Estates partner, Seagate Development Group, BCB Homes noticed the creative product and brand communications we delivered on the community. So they “test drove” the Agency by having us create a series of branding ads focused primarily on new home construction and remodeling. Our initial work got us more immersive assignments, including brochures for their roofing subsidiary and building science unit as well as floor plan inserts for their models at Hill Tide Estates. That’s when the relationship formalized, and BCB Homes became an official client and asked us to create a new branding brochure that highlighted all their capabilities.
BCB’s expectations got higher and higher with each successful branding endeavor, particularly the brochure. They were an undisputed leader and renowned brand in the luxury, custom home market from Naples to Boca Grande even before they met us. So that motivated BCB to challenge us with a highly enigmatic question. “Where can you take our brand when it’s already at the very top?”

Our solution was to reach out to even more architectural firms, elite Realtors and affluent client prospects that BCB Homes desires to work with—as well as current collaborators they want to work with more frequently—through customized messaging that would be personal, candid and inviting in what we would label a brand evolution. The campaign would have the same dignified, understated tone and manner as the homebuyer-focused branding but convey BCB’s interest in working with firms, brokerages and individuals that share their core values such as a dedication to superior standards and innovation, an impeccable level of service, transparency in practice and communication, and a mutual respect for the caliber of work they consistently deliver.
The overarching theme and tagline of this campaign is “Unrivaled together.” Two simple words express the core sentiment—that alone, both BCB and their target audience members are formidable, but together, no one can match them. It is confident and resolute. It expresses shared credit for mutual success. And it assures potential partners of the greater benefits of collaboration with BCB Homes.
“Unrivaled together” is also a declaration of BCB’s superior capabilities on its own. That by combining custom, luxury home building, remodeling, estate management, roofing and building science under one diverse yet unified entity, we create a brand and a company that is greater than the sum of its parts; one that is unmatched in versality and influence in the market. It is a line and positioning that will translate meaningfully into print ads, banner ads, e-blasts, social media experiences and every other conceivable messaging mechanism.
Winning new clients based on work of ours they admired, combined with an unabridged recommendation from their industry partner (and our client), was a humbling outcome for us. BCB has honored us with ongoing assignments because of the tremendous number of qualified leads they generated (with the corporate brochure responsible for most of them), sales of homes, and a continuation of an award-winning track record for their marketing and branding materials. This includes Pinnacles by the Lee Building Industry Association, a Sand Dollar by the Collier Building Industry Association and an ADDY by the American Advertising Federation-SWFL.
