FP PROPERTY RESTORATION CREATIVE RATIONAL
FP Property Restoration became a client of the agency in 2019, with a goal to expand their client base using their already established positioning line of “Life Uninterrupted.” As a nationally known emergency-response restoration company, they provide both residential and commercial services to those impacted by fire, flood, mold and catastrophic storm damage.
Spiro & Associates’ initial assignment was to develop a corporate brochure that the FP business development team could use to grow their client roster. The Agency also took over their social media, created digital ads and provided public relations.
Unfortunately, three months into our efforts, the pandemic hit full force. FP Property Restoration pivoted to providing coronavirus preventative cleaning services. For this campaign, the Agency developed eblasts, social media posts, and sell sheets to help FP promote this revolutionary service.
In the wake of Hurricane Ian, FP Property Restoration then asked for the Agency to develop a campaign to announce FP Property Restorations emergency preparedness services, emphasizing that they are THE local company of choice. Spiro & Associates created and named “PREP – Planned Readiness Eliminates Panic”, a package concept to sell their ERP service to current and potential commercial customers. This package included a fire- and waterproof package that customers could use to store their important emergency readiness plans.
The success of PREP led to the Agency creating a new brand awareness campaign for FP Property Restoration – one in which we drive home the message that FP can Undamage the Damage to their client’s residential and commercial properties caused by fire, flood, smoke and mold. This campaign would be used in their current markets, Southwest Florida, Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, and their newest location in Pensacola, all which are in the State of Florida. This campaign reinforces the message that FP Property Restoration is the LOCAL source, who will always be available to those affected by property damage in their time of need.
