When ReVital Development sought out Spiro & Associates to help brand their newest development, Civitas of Cape Coral, off Pine Island Road, we knew we needed to employ a more collaborative approach to keep them involved in every stage of the logo development process.

Target Market and Branding Objectives

The logo for Civitas, an attainable & workforce housing community, needed to be a key pillar of the development’s total identity, and the process through which it is created and refined is important to the community’s long-term success.

Logo Design and Development Process

We knew this logo needed to speak to their target audience on a subconscious level and make a positive impression on them. We knew we had to embody their vision with an artistic flair. We set up a client interview where we tirelessly asked poignant questions to be able to deliver the tangible and intangible things that make their development and its leadership/management team unique.

Key Themes: Sustainability and Economic Security

We were then able to provide Civitas with an incredible option. This logo depicts the sun setting on the first attainable housing community in Cape Coral, Fl. The three columns represent the pillars the Civitas community stands for, a message of quality, sustainability, and economic security.
