Logo Redesign

When Fowler Construction & Development sought to refresh its brand image, the first priority was updating its iconic logo. Working closely with Fowler’s leadership, the Brand Architects at Spiro & Associates developed a modernized design that honored the company’s long-standing history while reflecting its forward-looking approach. At the heart of the new logo is the iconic “F,” a nod to the company’s heritage since 1968. This refreshed emblem now conveys a contemporary feel that aligns with Fowler’s commitment to innovative and sustainable construction practices, particularly in the marina, restaurant, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

The tagline “Generations Strong. Generations Ahead.” encapsulates Fowler’s family-owned legacy and long-standing reputation for excellence, bridging the past with a vision for the future. This new identity helped establish Fowler as a brand committed to both tradition and growth, setting them apart from competitors.

Corporate Brochure

Following the logo update, Fowler Construction & Development recognized the need for a comprehensive brochure to introduce its refined identity to potential clients and partners. Spiro & Associates collaborated with Fowler’s executive team to design a 12-page, 9 x 12 brochure that would serve as a dynamic marketing asset. The brochure structure showcases Fowler’s primary sectors—starting with marinas and extending through restaurant, hospitality, and commercial projects—each with dedicated sections filled with high-quality visuals and detailed descriptions.

Using a blend of drone footage and professional photography captured by Spiro & Associates, the brochure highlights completed projects, bringing Fowler’s work to life. Throughout the brochure, the updated brand colors and logo elements are integrated seamlessly, reinforcing the fresh identity. A pocket folder on the inside back cover offers additional functionality, making it perfect for use in business development and presentations.

Website Revamp

To complete the rebranding, Spiro & Associates redesigned Fowler’s website to reflect the company’s updated brand while enhancing functionality and user experience. Built with an intuitive layout and clean navigation, the website offers a visual journey through Fowler’s services and projects. Key sectors are organized hierarchically, placing marinas front and center on the homepage, followed by other commercial sectors in an easily navigable format. The homepage features immersive drone footage, giving visitors an engaging introduction to Fowler’s work and capabilities.

The website also includes a History page, chronicling Fowler’s milestones and logo evolution, highlighting its progress from a regional player to an industry leader. The clean, professional copy on each page aligns with Fowler’s new brand voice, providing clear and compelling messaging that conveys the company’s expertise and commitment to quality.

With a cohesive rebranding strategy spanning the logo, brochure, and website, Fowler Construction & Development is now equipped with a polished, contemporary brand presence that honors its heritage while appealing to a modern audience. The updates position Fowler to continue building on its legacy with a fresh, unified identity across all marketing platforms.
